Full Size SD adapter kit for N810 and Stainless Steel Metal Cover
| By installing this full size SD adapter in the N810 you will give yourself the ability to use many class 4 and Class 6 full size SD cards on the market. Another benefit is you will be able to use cards that are 16GB to 32GB at a cheaper price than micro SD and cards not yet available in mini SD format. Another benefit is the elimination of the mini to Micro adapters which have proven to be problematic. The adapter kit on this page is only for the N810kit with the stainless steel cover. The Black painted version can be ordered HERE. If this version sell well I will make more available with different colors. This is just the start of many add-ons to the N810 now that we have a extended metal cover. There are many possibilities with the 4.40mm of inside clearance. I have a 2.0MP camera module that will fit if I can find someone to make a camera program and driver for the tablet. I will send one USB camera module to anyone who can create the driver and camera software. A Tilt Sensor, Second SD card and a flash drive is possible, as well as a infrared remote control receive and transmitter. There are many other possibilities so any support from the software community is welcomed. I have also heard of some one creating a 3G adapter that will use the metal door. They will be sold separately in the near future. |

This is the adapter installed next to the OEM battery for the tablet. It is higher than the battery that comes with the tablet. A metal stainless steel brushed finish replacement cover is supplied. **No memory card is included in this kit**
This adapter should also work with any product that supports a Mini SD. I have tested it in several other products and they all work as the should.
This cover will not cover the MUGEN 3600mAH battery. The maximum interior size is 4.47mm

Includes Screw to be installed in place of the current torx screw which is connected to the N810 ground. The ground helps to protect the adapter from static electric shock.

I am not affiliated with Nokia in any way. I am also not aware if this will avoid the warranty of your tablet. One of the existing screw in the N810 on one side will also have to be removed and the supplied one installed through the hole in the adapter kit first then into the screw hole where the old screw was. Installing this screw without going through the adapter first may cause a short in the tablet. I am not sure what will happen if you do this since I have never tried it. Also the original screw will have to be reinstalled in the N810 if it goes out for warranty repair. Do not purchase this kit if you do not agree to be responsible for what may happen if you install this kit improperly . Follow the instruction carefully. I have used it for more than three months without any problems. All adapters are tested in the N810 tablet and several computers before shipping

If the cable is damaged in any way do not install it . If it is already installed, remove the kit.
